A spacious, three-story interior, two furnished decks, and a ground-floor firepit offer prime opportunities for indoor and outdoor living. Guests will also enjoy access to a community clubhouse with a shared pool and dock.
The bright, elegant interior comes furnished with a contemporary coastal design throughout and modern, high-end essentials providing in-home convenience and comfort. Serving as the main level, the second floor features an open layout and an expansive deck extending from the living area. The full, island kitchen is a chef’s delight featuring a suite of upgraded stainless steel appliances. The breakfast island offers seating for two while the indoor dining table can seat up to six. Enjoy al fresco meals out on the deck at the patio dining table (also with seating for six). For a special treat, fire up the private gas grill and cook up some fresh, local seafood.
