Located in Alton on Smith Point Road, this home has the classic log home feel with some extras. There are two bedrooms on the first floor with a full bathroom, open kitchen/living area and a nice screened in porch to enjoy those summer breezes. The upstairs bedroom has a nice open view of the lake and a slider to let the fresh air in. The second floor also has an open loft with a twin bed and a three quarter bathroom. The lower level of the home is where the fun begins...the entertaining begins at the bar where you can walk out into another screened in room and enjoy the outside from the inside or go to the other side of the lower level and take a swim in the 16x32’ heated swimming pool or enjoy the sauna while watching your friends and family play in the pool....

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

  • "Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. This property does NOT allow pets. Smoking is Prohibited. Partial Week stays may be possible. Please inquire. An additional Security Deposit may apply for stays less than 7 nights. All properties are individually owned. Reservations must be approved by owner.
