Our spacious Wellfleet home, located on the beautiful and secluded Lieutenant Island, is the perfect Cape Cod vacation spot for your entire group of family and friends. Enjoy sipping your morning coffee on our large deck with views of the water and wildlife, and share meals together in our screened-in sunroom, while enjoying the cool breeze off the bay. Lieutenant Island is an exclusive neighborhood of Wellfleet with a handful of private beaches that you and your guests will have access to. High tide is great for swimming and kayaking, and when the tide gets low enough, walk around the island to discover all of the crabs, oysters, dunes, and hiking that the area is known for.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
