This magnificent house is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Marbella, the Nueva Andalucía private neighbourhood. It’s a very quiet and elegant detached house, just 3 minutes away driving from Puerto Banus. Very close to shops, banks, bars, restaurants, pharmacies, sports clubs and supermarkets. This area is perfect for golf lovers because of the large concentration of fields that can be found just five minutes away from the house.
The estate is surrounded by a well-kept garden with a great variety of beautiful trees, where the pool and terraces, with sun until late afternoon, are located. It also has a very nice barbecue area with a large round table for 14 people.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
