Extraordinary house located just a few minutes from the seaside, in the exclusive Guadalmina urbanization.
The villa has 770m² of land and 250m² building space, distributed in 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 terraces, swimming pool, living room, dining room and kitchen. It has a detailled decoration and large windows, so it ha sa lot of light as well as excellent views of the golf course.
Upon entering, we find a bright entrance hall that connects the living room with the dining room and kitchen. From there we can go out to the private pool and the garden, which surrounds the entire house. This area is decorated with outdoor furniture to enjoy the great temperature on the Costa del Sol almost all year round. In addition, from there we can go up to the upper terrace, where we find a chill out area with sofas and low tables. The house also has a large parking area with capacity for 3 cars.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
