With the capacity to comfortably sleep 6 guests, our home features 2 queen bedrooms, and a brand new queen pullout in the living room. In addition, our home has 2 large, full bathrooms. Recently the space underwent a custom remodel, lending modern amenities and a luxury atmosphere to your hospitality experience.
Guests have access to the entire space. There is a custom code for your group to gain entry with the keypad. Access to the condo is limited to registered guests only. Any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
Without being in the hustle and bustle of downtown, this area radiates an exciting and buzzing atmosphere of the best Covington has to offer.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
