Due to the central location and it’s close proximity to major attractions, we advise that you book early.
Other things to note:
The apartment is on the third floor without elevator, 4 ramps, 72 steps. The best way to reach it is by taxi or bus from the main station of Santa Maria Novella: take the electric bus "bussino" C4 at the "STAIRWAY STATION" in Piazza della Stazione and get off at the "PITTI" stop.
It is located in a limited traffic street, not accessible to private cars. If you take a cab, he’ll drop you off at the front...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- The tourist tax has to be paid by any person not resident in the city of Florence, for each overnight stay (i.e. per person per night) in facilities situated within the Municipality of Florence, up to a maximum of 7 nights in a row.
