This magnificent newly renovated and furnished house is located in the Albaicín neighborhood, on Cuesta de Alhacaba. It is a Carmen, a typical Granada house with a private pool, blending the traditional charm of the city with modern comforts.
The house is spread across a single floor and features a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, while the other two have two single beds each.
One of the main highlights of this house is its private garden, designed in the Nazari style, perfect for sunbathing or simply relaxing outdoors. It also features a private pool, open year-round, offering a great spot to unwind.
The house has been decorated in a way that preserves the traditional Granada tiles, integrating them with brand-new furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The location is unbeatable, very close to Puerta Elvira and Puerta Monaita, which can be seen from the house, as well as the Gran Vía, the main thoroughfare in the city center of Granada.
