The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of an old renovated house with an elevator, which is accessed for Trinidad Grund Strret nº1, although the apartment itself has views from the living room and terrace to Plaza de la Marina .
It has been completely refurbished and furnished in its entirety and is distributed on one floor. We access it through a beautiful entrance that acts as a distributor between various areas. On the one hand, the lounge area, very bright, furnished with design and taking care of all the details, where the kitchen is also located, which is independent from the living room, with external ventilation and fully equipped with everything necessary. Finally, right next to the kitchen is one of the bathrooms, this one smaller than the other, but also with a shower plate.
Returning to the distributor, if we turn left we find two comfortable bedrooms and the main bathroom, complete with two built-in sinks and shower plate. One of the bedrooms has a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and the other has two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00.
