On top of a Tuscan hill lies Villa La Rocca, a part of an authentic medieval castle that has been carefully restored and converted into a welcoming home. Combining historic charm with modern conveniences, this property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people (but preferably not children or elderly people because of its stairs and layout). The guests will have to park the car in a private garage (about 300 meters from the villa) and from there will be picked up with a dedicated vehicle and taken directly to the entrance of the property. The main house includes a large, comfortable lounge with a wood fireplace and two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a large, relaxing bath tub and the other with a glass shower with panoramic views. Next to the main house there is an annexe with a sitting area and another bedroom with an elegant marble bathroom. Outside, the villa offers a beautiful swimming pool and a large garden...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
