The Home

Upon entering the apartment we directly access a beautiful living room, very sober but comfortable, also composed of a double sofa-bed of 1.50 x 1.90. The kitchen is integrated in the same area of the living room and is fully equipped and made up of quality elements.

The ceilings are very high, about 4 meters high, which gives the apartment a great feeling of spaciousness and space.
From the living room we access the bedrooms, both with two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 each, and one of them with an en suite bathroom. There is also a second independent bathroom to serve the other bedroom.

The area of the apartment is one of the most important in the center of Seville. It is next to the central area of Plaza del Duque and at the same time a few meters from Torneo Avenue, the Plaza de Armas bus station or the Paseo Colon and the River.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
