Nestled in the heart of West Beach on a quiet cul-de-sac, this Greenslake cottage feels tucked away yet is close to all Kiawah Island has to offer. The cottage offers two bedrooms, overlooks the lagoon and Cougar Point Golf Course, and has access to a seasonal community pool. The cottage is about an 8-minute walk from the beach. The recently renovated cottage features an open floor plan that allows for a seamless flow throughout the home. In the kitchen, you will find stainless steel appliances, new countertops with ample space, beautiful white cabinetry, and new flooring and lighting. The light-filled living area has comfortable seating, a TV, and sliding glass doors leading to the rear deck. Guests can also relax in the adjacent sunroom, which has gorgeous views of the golf course. The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, balcony overlooking Cougar Point Golf Course, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed and an attached bathroom with a shower/tub combo. This bathroom is also accessible from the hall. Prepare to be enamored by the expansive lagoon views from the cottage’s rear deck. Watch Kiawah Island’s diverse wildlife frolic in the lagoon, dine al fresco, or simply relax on this open-air deck. The back portion of the deck offers lovely Cougar Point Golf Course views. An outdoor shower is located in the front of the cottage and is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Dogs under 25 pounds are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets.
