Newly and beautifully built, each townhouse offers an all-suite layout, a full kitchen, an inviting living area with a TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Off-street parking adds ease to your centrally located stay. ** If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the two adjacent townhouses as well (each 2BR). ** LIVING AREA Both townhomes offer an inviting living area with a wall-mounted TV. One townhouse has a sofa bed, while the other has two sofa beds. KITCHEN & DINING Two well-equipped kitchens make it easy to prepare tasty meals for your entire group. Each townhome offers a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a dining table for six. BED & BATH This vacation rental sleeps 13 guests between the two nearly identical townhouses, each with two bedrooms. One townhouse has a full-size sofa bed in the living area, while the other has two twin sofa beds in the living area. The bedroom arrangements are as follows: The first suite has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second suite is furnished with a queen daybed with a twin trundle. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience. In the adjoining townhouse, both suites are furnished with queen beds, and each has an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A half bath provides added convenience.
