This updated Kiawah Island vacation rental offers two bedrooms, a sunroom, and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. This first-floor Tennis Club Villa has been beautifully renovated to open up the kitchen and living room as well as convert the screened porch into a sunroom. The serene colors and well-appointed furnishings nicely complement the villa’s coastal location. The light-filled living room features a queen sleeper sofa, two accent chairs, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The sunroom provides a cozy sitting area as well as a desk and chair for anyone needing to do a little work while on vacation. The fully equipped kitchen offers a bar with two stools, white cabinetry and appliances against dark granite countertops, and a dining area. The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom provides two full beds, flat-screen TV, and access to the hall bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. The villa is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
