This Kiawah Island vacation rental is an updated three-bedroom cottage offering a wraparound deck, screened porch, and access to the seasonal community pool. The cottage is an easy 7-minute walk to the beach. The cottage greets you with beautiful hardwood floors, elevated wainscoting, and coastal charm. The open living room features a loveseat with ottomans, two cozy chairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The large, fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances (please note: refrigerator does not have an automatic ice maker) and plenty of cabinet space. A stacked washer and dryer are discreetly located in the kitchen. The rectangular dining table comfortably seats six people. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and a private bathroom with shower. The other queen bedroom features a TV and shares a bathroom with a bedroom that has two twin beds. Each room has its own sink and toilet area and the shower/tub combo is shared. Both of these bedrooms have access to the side deck. The back deck and screened porch are accessed from the living room. A rocking swing, located beneath the front porch, is the perfect place to enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The cottage is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests have access to the community pool (approximately 55ft x 20ft). The pool is unheated and open seasonally.
