This sprawling Grand Victorian home was originally built in 1875 by Thomas Buchanan whose son was briefly the Mayor of Atlanta. It boasts 3x bedrooms + executive office, multiple outdoor spaces and even a secret passage. The home has been meticulously and lovingly restored and is a short stroll to one of Grant Park’s vibrant restaurant and grocery hubs.

Grand Damn can come available with 2x additional in-law suites: The 1x bedroom Buchanan Suite & the 1x Studio Grant Suite, tucked away towards the rear of the home for a total of 5x bedrooms.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
