There are very few villas like Villa "Montemar", with a large private pool, spacious outdoor area yet so close to all amenities, including the sandy beach. This suburban house is located within easy strolling distance of some of the best restaurants and Tapas bars of Alcudia and the beach is just a short walk further from the impressive Marina.
The entrance to Villa "Montemar" is through a typical Spanish wrought iron gate. There are 6 steps leading up to a large furnished terrace. There is also a private parking space for those who wish to rent a car.
The villa is on 1 level, with a large, spacious living / dining area. At the back of the house is a country style kitchen and an additional living area with comfortable seating. The accommodation includes a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all air-conditioned, with a family bathroom and an additional shower room.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
