The Home
This lovely home offers complete guest comfort within easy walking distance of Kenmare town. It comprises 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The bedrooms are all located upstairs and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 1 x double bedroom with ensuite shower, 1 x twin bedroom with ensuite shower and a second twin bedroom with access to the main bathroom with shower over bath.
The ground floor is bright, spacious & airy. The open plan living area leads onto the fully equipped kitchen with an island feature. The sitting room has a comfy suite of furniture and TV. Wifi is available to our guests free of charge as is a great selection of sport and satellite channels. Guest toilet downstairs. The house is heated by gas central heating.
The patio area at the rear of each house is the perfect place to relax & unwind. The houses back onto a shared open plan landscaped green area.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- A security deposit of €200.00 per house must be given to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.
