This lovely home offers complete guest comfort within easy walking distance of Kenmare town. It comprises 3 bedrooms all upstairs and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people in 1 x double bedroom ensuite, 1 x twin bedroom ensuite, 1 x twin bedroom, main bathroom all upstairs. The ground floor is bright, spacious & airy. The open plan living area leads onto the fully equipped kitchen with an island feature. The houses are heated by gas central heating. The patio & tastefully landscaped pebble area at the rear of each house is the perfect place to relax & unwind. The houses back onto an open plan landscaped green area. Guest toilet downstairs. Wifi is available to our guests for a small charge. Upon check in you may log into the 3rd party service provider and pay to use Wifi for the duration of your stay (approximately €15 euro for a week and less for shorter stays).

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No pets allowed
- A security deposit of €200.00 per house must be given to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with.
