With unrivalled views towards Kenmare Bay below, this is a truly wonderful place to holiday and enjoy this most beautiful corner of Ireland. 
The moment you drive through the gate you will be encompassed by the beautiful lawns and the views beyond. There is plenty of car parking space close to the entrance door. You enter through the utility area (ideal for kicking off wellies or flip flops depending on the season) into the open plan living area. The first thing you will see when you walk in is the incredible uninterrupted view over the Bay below from all of the floor to ceiling windows and doors.  
Although open plan, this space has clearly defined areas within it. The kitchen is really well laid out and has everything you will need during your stay including a Rangemaster, beautifully crafted cabinets, dishwasher, fridge freezer and plenty more besides. It has an island unit perfect for preparing meals and a stool to sit at....

The Neighborhood

Set on 2.7 acres of land. Below the house are beautifully lawns with little pathways criss crossing through. To the rear, are the wilder gardens with a number of ponds dotted throughout.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
