The Home
So as to take advantage of the direct views across to the golf course, the living areas are upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. This is a really bright and light filled property with big windows. Despite this, it offers complete privacy. The open plan first floor encompasses the fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room.
The kitchen has everything you will need during your stay including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, toaster and kettle. There is a guest toilet upstairs which also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
The dining table has seating for 6 people and the sitting room has both an open fire and TV. It has a comfy three seater cream leather sofa, a matching armchair and another armchair with footstool. There is a little balcony with a two seater bistro set off the sitting room - a great place to watch the world go by. A little desk and stool have been provided as well as a wall...

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
