This property is a short jaunt to the sandy shores of Lake Waukewan, the center of town, shopping and Lake Winnipesaukee! Updated last year, this home offers plenty of parking, a nice yard to enjoy lawn games, a new deck to enjoy the evening skies in the summer and is one floor living. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this home. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen and a twin bunkbed. There is plenty of natural light coming in the large windows and slider. Washer and dryer on site. A great place to enjoy your time in the Lakes Region at an affordable price. SLEEPS 6. Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

- "Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. This property does NOT allow pets. Smoking is Prohibited. Partial Week stays may be possible. Please inquire. An additional Security Deposit may apply for stays less than 7 nights. All properties are individually owned. Reservations must be approved by owner. Our team will reach out to confirm every aspect of the property you have selected meets your needs and to confirm your booking approval."
