"This recently updated duplex has just the right amount of space for any family looking to get away. Enjoy ALL NEW furniture and decor including new mattresses and bedding! With so many activities at your fingertips, your days can be spent boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming or just observing all the sea life the ICWW has to offer. For larger groups, check out the next door unit and rent out both sides to enjoy all that Wrightsville Beach has to offer together.
INCLUDED: WIFI, cleaning, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. Beach bikes, cooler, beach cart and beach accessories are also provided for your enjoyment.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- "Guests must be of a minimum Age of 25 to make a reservation.
- This property is Pet Friendly. Dogs Only! Pets must be approved prior to arrival. Additional charge per pet Applies and will be collected after approval. Max two Dogs. First Dog is $200 fee and second is a $100 fee. Local rules and size limits do apply.
- Smoking is Prohibited."
