We present to you a beautifully renovated cottage peacefully situated in the picturesque village of St Florence, just a 5 minute drive from the historic seaside town of Tenby.
This is part of Ivy Tower Cottages, a fabulous collection of holiday cottages which enjoy views over the Pembrokeshire countryside and offer a range of onsite facilities including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, tennis court, mini golf and an outdoor playground. There is also a large communal garden with football pitch and BBQ areas. With all that this cottage has to offer it is the perfect place for a relaxing but fun filled family holiday at any time of the year.
The cottage enters into the hallway which leads through to the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.
Kitchen: Well-equipped with everything you will need for your self-catering holiday including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven and hob and Nespresso coffee machine.
Lounge: Comfortable lounge and dining seating for up to 6 people. Large wall mounted TV with Freeview.
Upstairs:
Master Bedroom: Double bed. Window overlooking the surrounding Pembrokeshire countryside.
Bedroom 2: Twin beds. Window overlooking the surrounding Pembrokeshire countryside.
Bedroom 3: Bunk-beds. Note that these beds are suitable for children only.
Outside there is ample parking for 2 cars.
The communal gardens provide a wonderful place for adults to relax and for children to play. To the front of the cottage there is also a private picnic bench.
St Florence village itself has two lovely country pubs and a village shop. The popular family attractions of The Dinosaur Park, Manor House Wildlife Park and Heatherton are within a few minutes drive and the best of Pembrokeshire’s wonderful attractions and diverse beaches are within a 25 minute drive.
Two small or one medium sized dog welcome.
Check in at 3pm and check out 9am.
Please note that the swimming pool is open on a rota based system and can be booked 24 hours in advance.
