Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- You will be signing the Rental Agreement which includes Terms & Conditions for Pensacola Beach Properties. Once signed and returned, your reservation will be confirmed. No pets allowed unless specified. Fees are applicable at pet friendly homes. The fees will be applied to your reservation total after your signed Rental Agreement is received. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the vacation rental property inside or outside of the home. Your check-in time is a firm 4:00 PM CST. No early check-ins will be permitted. Your check-out time is a firm 10:00AM CST. A fee will be incurred for late check-outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
