"This 2 bedroom condo provides has all that you need for your vacation including free Wi-Fi for work or play.
Recently renovated with hardwood flooring through the main living area, but has carpeted bedrooms and tiled flooring in the two bathrooms. This unit is on the ground floor of the building.
From the entrance of the unit the full kitchen is complete with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The new cabinets accent the lovely tile work, new granite counter tops, pendant lighting and stainless steel appliances.
In the dining area, a large table provides plenty of room and you can watch the flat screen TV with everyone that is hanging out in the living room.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- "Guests must be at least 25 years of age to place a reservation.
- Check in time starts at 4:00pm. All guests will need to have returned a signed rental agreement to us or if you have booked with a 3rd party website, completed the online registration.
- Once we have this information, we will be able to send your electronic door code.
- If your rental requires a physical key for entry, a packet with your keys will be waiting for you at the Front Office in the secure Lock box – The code for the lock is the 2 last digits of the year you are visiting – then the month of your arrival.
- Smoking is Prohibited.
- Pets are NOT allowed on property."
