Both bedrooms; master and guest bedroom features an en suite bathroom as well as a king size bed, making it perfect for families traveling together or those who just need some space to sleep after spending time at the beach all day long! Enjoy your favorite meals on the large outdoor terrace fully equipped with dining table and bbq grill and be delighted by mesmerizing ocean views. We have implemented protocols to clean and disinfect all rooms, and frequently touched surfaces, as doorknobs, handles, remote controls and light switches. Certified Hospital grade disinfectant used. * Antibacterial gel and disinfectant available for guest use. * During any interaction with our staff, we will be equipped with protective gear (masks) * For your convenience we have available a specialized sanitization service consisting of electrostatic aspersion, which guarantees the biodegradable sanitizer adheres to all surfaces in the property. This service has a cost of $40 USD and must be required at least 48 hours in advance of arrival. Please let us know and we will be happy to schedule it for your arrival Guest Access: Guests have full access to the condo and are welcome to use all amenities from the clubhouse which includes a complete workout room and access to the community pool, clubhouse facilities, tennis court, game room, and fitness center. Our guests can enjoy the Day Pass at Casa Dorada Resort Beach Club and Pool. It is a great way to spend the day by the beach and enjoy having access to the resort facilities with a special rate for pool & beach club access. (a proportion of the rate will be applied to the consumption of food and beverage ) | (discount applicable for children). Interaction with Guests: While we want to give you your space to enjoy, we will be available in case you need us 24/7. We will meet you at your arrival and show you around the house and answer any questions. While it might seem like there are some construction noises when you first arrive, the building’s interior design ensures that these sounds blend seamlessly into your surroundings and won’t distract from what really matters: relaxing in paradise! If you’re very sensitive to noise or want absolute peace & quiet for yourself then this may not be the right property but if otherwise, you want to enjoy beautiful views, great amenities and location, this is a great option. According to community rules and regulations Maximum Occupancy of this Condo is 6 guests and CAN NOT be exceeded at any time: Additional guests over the max. are not allowed, and reservations arriving with more guests than the ones booked and registered will be denied check-in | Visitors to the Condo (during the day) are welcome, as long as the max. occupancy is not exceeded. $250 USD fines are applicable if this rule is violated. House Rules: • No Parties or events • No smoking or vaping inside de property - $300 USD Fine • Quiet Hours 9 pm to 8 am To avoid additional security deposit charges, this reservation includes damage protection. After confirmation, the Property Manager will provide a link to complete the one-time $50 fee.
