When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six. BED & BATH This single-level condo sleeps up to six guests over three bedrooms. Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 60 cable TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity, garden-style soaking tub, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed and 42 cable TV. The third bedroom features two twin beds and a 42 cable TV. The second bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Sip morning coffee on the balcony, outfitted with seating for six. Soak up the sun by the unheated on-site pool (6 deep), open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a DVD player, washer/dryer, and unreserved parking for two cars in the outdoor lot is provided. This unit is located on the second floor. Elevators are not available. Please note the boat dock is not available for guest use. THE LOCATION Walk just 9 minutes to the ocean! This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
