A desk is also provided for your convenience, complete with free wireless high-speed WiFi access. The dining area offers ample seating, with additional space for three at the granite kitchen counter. From here, step out onto the spacious balcony—an ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee or unwinding with cocktails as the sun sets. The kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, fully equipped with everything you need for your beach stay. The primary suite includes a private full bathroom, a cozy reading chair, a 19-inch HDTV and room-darkening window treatments for restful nights. The second bedroom features a twin-over-double bunk bed and a 19-inch HDTV with a DVD player, making it perfect for family or friends. For added convenience, the condo includes a laundry area equipped with a washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.
