You visit Seaside "Just For Fun" but when you stay at our newly redecorated home, you will fall in love with all 30A has to offer. This beautiful corner unit home is the best of location and design. The home is a very quick 2 minute walk to the Odessa Beach Access, is across the street from the Westside Pool, and it backs up to Watercolor.
When you step into the home, you are reminded of the sleek styling of a teak trimmed sailboat. The second floor is open and airy, with brilliant natural light bathing the main living area and tall ceilings adding to the expansive feel. All new plush furniture decorates the living room including a large Smart TV with Sonos. The covered balcony is a calming retreat when you want to enjoy an afternoon drink or relax with a book. A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and dining for 6 completes the main living area.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Reservations are not confirmed until payment is processed and a rental agreement has been sent.
- Entering payment information does not indicate reservation confirmation.
- This is a non-smoking property.
- Pets are not permitted unless expressly specified in the property description and approved by Property Manager. A non-refundable pet fee is required for pet-friendly rentals once approval to bring the pet is provided by Property Manager.
- Signed waivers are required for use of bikes or low-speed vehicles (golf carts) if the property provides complimentary use of these items.
- Guests are expected to abide by neighborhood rules and local regulations, where applicable.
- Events and parties are expressly prohibited without permission in writing from Property Manager.
- The minimum age to rent is 30.
