This is a wonderful and contemporary 3 bedroom villa with a private pool is located in the heart of Ayia Napa, just a few minutes walk to the beaches and amenities and a 15 minute walk to all the Ayia Napa nightlife. Ideal for a relaxing holiday whilst being close to all the resort has to offer.
As you walk in, you will find the large, open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room features comfortable sofas, widescreen TV and large patio doors leading to the garden and pool area. The dining area has seating for 6 people and the kitchen is equipped with everything you require for your self-catering stay. One of the three bedrooms is on this floor with a double bed; doors leading to the garden area, a separate bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a small utility room which is also on this level.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
