The Treputxell apartments in l’Estartit located on the Paseo del Molinet, a charming pedestrian promenade by the sea with spectacular views. This is, without a doubt, one of the most charming and privileged corners of the Costa Brava.
A place to forget about the car during the holidays since you can go everywhere on foot: near the port, the beach, shops, restaurants, diving centers and close to all the atmosphere of the Costa Brava.
This small building of only 7 apartments has an entrance from the Paseo del Molinet at the beach level and another entrance from the Calle de Cap de la Barra: there is a 50 m slight rise.
Sheets are included in the price. You can also add towels to your booking (4 € for person)
It has a community pool and terrace with stunning views where you can relax and enjoy with the family.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:

- 1 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (adults). 0 EUR per person per night (departure day not included) (children from 0 to 17 years old). Applicable for a maximum of 7 days.
- - Optional services:
- fan: 5 EUR per day.
- Arrival out of schedule: 30 EUR per booking.
- Towels: 4 EUR per person.
- Heating: included in the price.
- Pet: 9 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 2.
- Crib: 6 EUR per day. Max. quantity: 1.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - The swimming pool is available from 04-01 to 10-31.
- - Pets rules:
- Max. 2 pets allowed. Dangerous breed dogs are not allowed.
- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
