Villa Dione & Villa Nerida are often referred to as the "Twin Villas", since these two marvellous estates are almost identical. Situated side by side, yet being completely autonomous, consist ideal choices for groups of up to 8 persons.
The first floor of each Villa has a Private Suite design: separate living room with fireplace and balcony, bathroom & bedroom, offering additional privacy, while it can also be used as a family guest room. For groups of up to 8 persons, the living room turns into a fully functional luxurious bedroom.
Villa Nerida, the second of the "Twin Villas", enjoys all the same features as the first, Villa Dione. Both Villas are surrounded by lash gardens with trees and flowers, creating a mesmerizing scenery with plenty of shadow and colors for ultimate relaxation and tranquility. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
