Villa is newly built and luxuriously decorated to high standards. It is stone built, showing a traditional and simultaneously a modern style. The kitchen (located on the ground floor) is fully equipped with all the amenities: oven, four cooking rings, large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster and many kitchen utensils (including pans, pots, casseroles, etc). At the kitchen are there is also a dining table with chairs. The living room, being one of the most important areas of every home, is equipped with a large comfortable corner sofa and all the mods and cons like a smart TV with satellite channels for cosy evenings in. The living room is embraced by sizeable terrace offering stunning views. Villa has its own large swimming pool with sunbeds. Beach towels are provided by us free of charge.
