This is a lovely villa is bright and spacious and is furnished to an extremely high standard. The large hallway opens into a huge, beautiful split-level dining room and lounge with lovely high ceilings. The villa is situated in a quiet and exclusive residential area but within easy walking distance of a large selection of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. It is only a couple of minutes’ drive from the old harbour area and the fabulous golden beaches of Puerto Del Carmen.
The solar-heated swimming pool has wide Roman steps and is set in extensive open and covered terraces. There is a poolside shower, patio furniture, sun loungers and built-in barbecue and the entire area is surrounded by high walls which give complete privacy and forms a perfect sun trap.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
