This is a single storey Villa with a total area of 65.50 sq.m. It consists of two double bedrooms both fully air-conditioned (which can be split to four single ones upon your request), bathroom with an equipped column of hydro-massage, WC and a spacious open plan living kitchen area with a fully equipped kitchen.
The villa has its own private veranda with panoramic views of the Aegean Sea, the castle and the traditional village of Hora as well as the Livadi beach. The terrace is covered with a white pergola, and furnished with a dining table and chairs so that visitors can spend there many hours of relaxation and tranquillity enjoying not only the view of the island but also the food and coffee all day long.
Finally, the villa has small outdoor private heated pool with jacuzzi with panoramic views of the castle and the sea and relaxation area with sunbeds, its own independent storage room and its own parking...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
