Beautiful rural house in the heart of Ampurdán

This house, recently restored with great taste, combines rural and old elements such as some stone walls with others of maximum modernity and comfort.

It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and the third with bunk beds; and two bathrooms with shower.

The living-dining room and kitchen space is very pleasant and bright and has access to a large south-facing terrace with beautiful views of the countryside.

At the back you have a large garden with fruit trees.

This house is for 6 people and is at the foot of the Montgrí natural park, a fantastic place to do routes on foot or by bicycle and to enjoy nature.
Sheets are included in the price. You can also add towels to your booking (4 € for person)

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
