Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- It is our pleasure to host you, we hope that you have a wonderful stay, if you need something please don’t hesitate to ask, there is a complete team at your service. These are our rules. Please follow them to avoid any penalties!
- Check-In is after 4:00 PM, & Check-Out is at 11:00 AM, you can request different times upon availability.
- Parties are not allowed , & No loud music or noise after 8:00 PM.
- Visitors are allowed with previous and written requests.
- If you are using parking your car will be inspected by the staff.
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning & electronics and do not forget to close windows and lock the door when you leave the property.
- While using common areas on the property please follow the rules provided by the building.
- Please do not unplug the electronic devices, because they can affect the performance.
- We are Pet Friendly but In case of any damage or eventuality there would be additional fees.
- Please do not flush hygiene products
- Smoking, Drugs & Firearms are prohibited inside the property.
- Please double check before leaving for any belongings, we are not responsible for any loss of property.
- Report any damages and/or breakages.
- No food or drinks in your bedroom please!
