This apartment is located on in the historic center in the main Promenade Riva, close to our beautiful Adriatic sea and situated on the south side of Diocletian’s Palace.
Public car parking is located within 5-10 minutes walk, charges apply (reservations are not possible).
Secure valet parking may be arranged upon advance request (subject to availability), with a daily surcharge. As our working hours are till 20:00 there is a late check in fee applied if you are arriving after that hour.
Apartment Amaryllis has a spacious bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. There is a living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa that can stretch to a bed suitable for 2 extra people.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
