Villa My Sunny Place is a family home under the Caribbean sun, on Curacao - the island of perpetual Summer - on a private estate close to the beautiful beach of Playa Cas Abao.
Beautifully located on the west side of Cas Abao, this breezy villa presents a wide and unique view from its porch over the Caribbean Sea, the surrounding bays, San Juan Bay and the nearby salt pan. This is a wonderful place to enjoy sunset viewing from your porch.
The living room and kitchen lead out to the porch and open dining area, looking out over the swimming pool, and beyond to a panoramic view of the sea.
The living area is 200 m2 plus a spacious garage. The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful landscaped tropical garden .
All the bedrooms have louvred shutters that allow the cooling breeze through, with aircon for the hottest nights.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
