The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, it’s super simple you can set up in 2 mins. Entire apartment is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Air-condition provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need. Surely to keep the best comfortable temperature during your stay. Hiroshima bus center -> 5minutes walking 【Check in/out】 Standard check-in time is 3pm, check-out is 11am. Depending on other guests’ schedules it might be possible to check in earlier so please feel free to inquire for early check-in or late check-out. Other Things to Note: IMPORTANT REMINDER: - Quiet hours are from ten o’clock in the evening. If there is a complaint from a neighbor, you may be contacted. Please understand in advance that if repeated complaints occur, it is inevitable to report to the police. - The house is completely non-smoking. Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day’s customers, so please be punctual. No pets allowed. No parties or events please. Garbage If you need garbage removed, please contact us. If you need to order a taxi service for your departure day, please let us know earlier so we will have more chance to reserve a taxi for you. Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If guest does not have a home address in Japan, we will need to collect a copy of the passport stating nationality and passport number.
