Bright and cosy two-rooms apartment on the 4th floor in a strategic area of the city close to Monza park and its race track, well connected to main tourist attractions. The kitchenette is complete with dishes and appliances: microwave, fridge, oven, and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single sofa bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is provided with crib, wifi, television, private car park, toiletries, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and lift. The house is at your complete disposal and we’ve put care in every detail in order to welcome you in a clean and comfortable space, whether you’re staying for business or just passing by to visit the city. You’re welcome, take care of it!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed.
