Three-room apartment on the second floor, located a few steps from the center of Santa Margherita Ligure and the first beaches. The kitchenette is fully equipped and the sleeping area consists of 2 bedrooms: the first with 2 single beds and the second with 1 double bed. The apartment is for non-smokers only and is equipped with wifi, television, washing machine and air conditioning. There is also a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, towels and night linen for the entire duration of the stay. The house remains completely at your disposal, however we are always available for any information or need during your stay. The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and a small balcony where you can have a coffee for breakfast.Upon request, subject to availability, it will be possible to request a cot for children under two years of age. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
