Get your beach vacation started at this newly renovated 3BR/2BA Rockport Beach home. Steps from Aransas Bay, you can see and hear the water from the deck. It’s a short drive to Rockport Beach, Market Street Pier, and Rockport Winery.
LIVING AREAS
Put your feet up in the relaxed living room, complete with a leather couch and love seat. Host a movie night or watch your favorite shows on the 48” flat-screen TV. Behind the living room sit two high-back chairs by the electric fireplace—the perfect spot for a good book.
KITCHEN & DINING
Cook up meals for the whole crowd in the open-concept kitchen, detailed with granite countertops, full-size appliances, and all the extras: coffee maker, pots and pans, and cooking basics.
A large eight-seat dining table is ideal for sit-down meals and fun family game nights. Another smaller table in the kitchen seats four.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The master bedroom has a plush king bed and 32” flat-screen TV. A desk area offers a quiet place to work, and the full bathroom next door has a walk-in shower.
On the other side of the home, you’ll find the second bedroom, which has a plush queen bed, 32” flat-screen TV, and a closet. The third bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a large dresser. Guests share another full bathroom with a tiled glass-door tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Savor the views from the upper front deck, listening to the water and smelling the salty air. Come and dine alfresco at the four-person patio table.
On the lower level, the grassy backyard features pretty landscaping and plenty of room for the kids to play.
THE LOCATION
See local wildlife and flora at the Connie Hagar Cottage Sanctuary a 5-minute walk from home. It has over 6 acres of grounds to explore, plus an observation platform.
Head into downtown Rockport (8 minutes) to dine at local spots like Jama’s Kitchen and Gidget and Grace. After dinner, have a nightcap at the Austin Street Bistro Wine Bar (9 minutes) or Winery on the Bay (9 minutes).
You’re only a 6-minute drive to Rockport Beach, where you can spend the day in the sand, sun, and surf. It’s also home to the Texas Maritime Museum and the Aquarium at Rockport Harbor, a fun excursion for visitors of all ages.
The pier on Market Street (3 minutes) is the place to people-watch. See fishermen hauling in their catch and couples taking romantic walks.

Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible.
