The kitchen and dining areas are open to the living space and welcoming. The kitchen features all-new stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. Four can sit at the kitchen island, perfect for breakfast or a quick snack between beach trips. The dining table can accommodate everyone for a group meal. The beach-themed design continues through the three bedrooms. Relax in the primary suite, with its king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. Kids will love the bunk room, which is outfitted with a unique bunk bed and built-in dresser storage. Two can sleep on the full lower bunk, one on the upper bunk, and another in the trundle bed. Our townhome is conveniently located in a new community near the ocean. That means fantastic balcony views of the community pool, the path to the beach, and gorgeous ocean vistas. THINGS TO KNOW **Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
