Sunset Palms at Palmilla Beach This custom-designed 4BR/4BA (plus bunk room) home has everything you could want in an upscale beach retreat. Highlights include a chef’s kitchen, a covered balcony for alfresco dining, and a bonus bunk room. Enjoy playing on the putting green in the privacy of the fenced patio, or unwind and watch movies on the 75” flat-screen TV in the living area while you prep dinner. As part of the stunning Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, enjoy access to the groomed beach, renowned restaurants, and beautifully redesigned 9-hole golf course. The heated resort pool is a few steps from home. LIVING AREA Unwind in the bright and airy living area, complete with a sleeper sectional and a smart TV. The flexible second living area doubles as an entertaining bunk room, and is finished with laid-back seating and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING Release your inner chef in the sparkling kitchen, fitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge. Five can sip coffee at the quartz breakfast bar. When dinner is served, the dining table seats six. BED & BATH This house sleeps 12 guests in four bedrooms, a queen sleeper sectional in the main living area, and a twin-over-full bunk bed in the second living area. Each bedroom has a smart TV. The primary suite has a king bed and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom has a king bed, while the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Two guest bathrooms are each fitted with walk-in showers. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Dine alfresco on the breezy balcony with a picnic table and additional lounge seating. The private patio is fully fenced and has a putting green and gas grill. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Driveway parking is available for four cars. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available. This two-story house is accessed via four steps. There is some construction going on in this growing community. LOCATION Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. Situated by the Gulf, the newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, with inspired greens and lush fairways lined with native grasses. For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, the Agave Poolside Cantina, and the award-winning Black Marlin Seaside Grill. THINGS TO KNOW There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
