Manatee Lookout is a charming 3 bedroom 3 bath home with private heated pool located on the sought after north end of Anna Maria Island. This home has everything you need for the perfect vacation and is only a short walk to the white sandy beaches. Upon entry you have the living room where you can relax and read to book or watch TV after a long day in the sun. Adjacent to the living room you have the dining area and full kitchen. The kitchen with is stocked with everything you will need to make a quick snack or full course meal. Directly off the living room you will find an over sized screened balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. On this level you will find two of the three bedrooms. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Lead guests must be at least 25 years of age to reserve and must remain at the property for the reservation duration. No Parties or events are allowed. Smoking is only permitted in open spaces outside of the home. All smoking debris must be removed.
- You are required to sign a guest agreement within 48 hours after making the reservation.
- Pets are not allowed at this property.
