This 3 Bedroom 2.5 bathroom is a contemporary modern 3-story townhome with a massive rooftop deck and gorgeous skyline views; in fact my friends say it has the best roof in town! Fully renovated in 2020, the property has all the latest features and finishes that you would expect in a luxury new home. Fall asleep in fully appointed and comfortable bedrooms, and prepare for the day/evening in designer bathrooms. The location is super and close to everything - Nasher Sculpture Center, Dallas Love Field, McKinney and Routh - North and a lot more! When you are done exploring Dallas, come home to relax with complimentary Netflix/Hulu and Starbucks coffee. Parking included with a garage!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
