A fully fenced backyard allows for privacy and is a great space for grilling the days catch, enjoying the cool coastal breeze, and letting the kids and the pups run free.. Enjoy dinner al fresco at the two picnic tables. Inside you’re greeted by kitschy coastal decor. The living area has two sofas, one of which is a sleeper, and provides plenty of room for everyone. Gather around the smart TV for movie night. There is also a DVD player, DVDs, and games and books for the kiddos. The dining room table seats eight people and you can access the private patio through the French doors from here as well. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
