A signed rental contract is required after reservation confirmation. Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. No smoking allowed on the property to preserve its charm. *There is a required $150 per day fee. This includes pool heat in the winters, and helps with electricity in our hot summers! Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized. Early check-in IF available is: ​​​​​​​ 12pm: $100 + tax 1pm: $75 + tax 2pm: $50 + tax 3pm: $35 + tax For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property. *We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you.
